We are a Maryland roofing and home improvement contractor that has been doing roofing, storm restoration and home improvement contracting for Maryland since 2001.
We are a small Maryland business with low overhead. We work out of our home office and we don’t mark up our materials, which is why we can offer almost half the price of large outfits, such as Allied or Brothers.
We know that your recommendation means our success, so we are trying to give you the best price on the best service and products so we can continue to feed our families.
We offer the same five-year guarantee on all labor (certified to offer 15 years on EPDM and TPO) just as the big companies and we carry the same materials with the same warranties.
We never use roof cement to join our roofs, always torch down rubber roofing, asphalt, architectural shingles, EPDM, TPO, metal, clay, slate or cedar.
The fact that we replace siding as well is important because the two systems work together. If your roofer doesn’t understand siding (or vise versa), there is a potential for something to get missed.
We are proficient with all metal wrapping, flashing, and gutters, so you can rest assured all joints will be inspected and you will be dry.
