We offer the same five-year guarantee on all labor (certified to offer 15 years on EPDM and TPO) just as the big companies and we carry the same materials with the same warranties.

We never use roof cement to join our roofs, always torch down rubber roofing, asphalt, architectural shingles, EPDM, TPO, metal, clay, slate or cedar.

The fact that we replace siding as well is important because the two systems work together. If your roofer doesn’t understand siding (or vise versa), there is a potential for something to get missed.

We are proficient with all metal wrapping, flashing, and gutters, so you can rest assured all joints will be inspected and you will be dry.
